Speak from Your Heart

There are many different prayers from many different sources and great people. The important thing is that we actually believe and have faith in what we are saying. When have Thanksgiving dinner or any dinner for that manner, saying things that you mean can help those around you. There really is no theme for prayer, prayer by itself means that you want to help those around you or maybe just yourself. There are many different religions and many different believes. Sometimes we should try to get a point across. Most of the times the times we pray for are material. Maybe, we should try kindness for others once in a while. I don’t want to sound self-center ‘cus god knows how much I pray to win the lottery! So some of the prayers that may touch your hearts are sweet and short and will help you a lot. So I advise that you just look around and to be a little helpful I found some sweet prayers . These prayers can be prayed every day. There is no law that saws that you can pray at the bus stop or after cursing at the person who just bypass you on the freeway!

• Give us this day our daily bread, O Father in heaven, and grant that we who are filled with good things from Your open hand, may never close our hearts to the hungry, the homeless, and the poor; in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

• For each new morning with its light,

For rest and shelter of the night,

For health and food,

For love and friends,

For everything Thy goodness sends.

• Do not get tired of doing what is good. Don’t get discouraged and give up, for we will reap a harvest of blessing at the appropriate time.

Who does not thank for little will not thank for much.

We give thanks for unknown blessings already on their way

Best of all is it to preserve everything in a pure, still heart, and let there be for every pulse a thanksgiving, and for every breath a song.

Not what we say about our blessings, but how we use them, is the true measure of our thanksgiving.

• Be present at our table, Lord.

Be here and everywhere adored.

Thy creatures bless and grant that we

May feast in paradise with Thee.

• For each new morning with its light,

For rest and shelter of the night,

For health and food, for love and friends,

For everything Thy goodness sends.

• Heavenly Father, bless us,

And keep us all alive;

There’s ten of us for dinner

And not enough for five.

If there is not a prayer here or anywhere else that you can find; I pray that you just say what you want to from your heart. God will receive your prayer no matter how long short or if it actually was said by a great prophet. Just make it from your heart, what you want to tell god- tell him/her(whomever you believe in). Thanksgiving is about caring about others and the more you do the better. Even if you don’t say anything, act it out! Actions sometimes speak louder than words.
